President Donald Trump made a potentially market-moving announcement last Friday evening. He said the United States had reached what he called “THE BIGGEST OIL DEAL IN WORLD HISTORY,” giving the U. S. majority control over more than 65 billion barrels of Venezuela’s proven oil reserves.
