These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Live Markets News (“LMN”, “we”, “our”, or “the site”), available at livemarketsnews.com. By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Description of Service

LMN is a free, read-only website that does two things:

• Aggregates headlines and short summaries of publicly available news articles from third-party publishers via their RSS feeds. Each item links back to the original publisher; we do not republish full articles.
• Publishes original editorial in the Insights section. These are opinion and analysis pieces written by Live Markets News, clearly labelled as editorial.

All content on the site — including aggregated news and Insights articles — is provided for general informational purposes only. Nothing on this site is, or should be construed as, financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting, or other professional advice. Insights articles in particular reflect the author's personal opinion and analysis and are not recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any security or other asset.

All trademarks and other rights in third-party content, names, and logos referenced on the site remain with their respective owners.

The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Live Markets News, its operator, and any contributors will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the site or any content on it — including reliance on information presented here.

If the foregoing limitation is held unenforceable in your jurisdiction, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the site shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you have paid us to use the site, which is zero, and (b) one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100).
